Reading this, I couldn't help but think about how we often view 'the unknown' as something to be feared or conquered. What if, instead, we approached it like an artist approaches a blank canvas? With curiosity, openness, and a willingness to co-create something beautiful, even if we don't know what it will be yet?

Lisa! I'm not sure who else is able to bring tears to my eyes through the feeling of relief. I always feel so much relief, peace, grounding through your words. And in a moment that feels impossibly sharp and scary, I'm tucking in these words especially close. Every sentence on your list of medicine feels like medicine. Something about this one, though -- "There are generous, kind, loving, compassionate, wise, tender, hopeful humans everywhere, everywhere, everywhere. I promise." I'm clinging to this one especially. Thank you💛

Thank you for sharing these words, full of truth and beauty and the unbreakable threads of love. My grandmother sent me a message of unconditional love last night. It was a life raft carrying me on the river of fear.
