I found myself near tears by the time I got to #2. This is a beautiful list of reminders to save and read often. Lisa, your writing is consistently among the most honest and encouraging that I read. Grateful 🌀💚
Absolutely lovely reminders. Especially the part about how people aren't thinking about what we think they are. So much time is wasted trying to be everything to everyone. Love your honesty and the beautiful reminders of the journey of being human.
Somehow your words are always so timely, and adjacent to what I'm thinking about at the moment. They just arrive at the right time, what I needed to read this week
Thank you for writing these newsletters. They are so helpful and joyful to read each week. It’s a pleasure to read what you have written and I am so glad that you write each week and grateful that you share it here. It helps me immensely to read your words.
Your Human Stuff today hit so many notes, it's hard to reply to it all :-). However, the 20th point kinda summed it up for me:
"Letting yourself be witnessed is worth releasing the walls you’ve built. Letting yourself learn new ways of finding safety without needing to keep everyone at arms length is worth the risk in doing so."
I'm startled into understanding the Value here: The more I let others see who I truly am, the more powerful I become. This helps me re-define what "power" means to me when it is positive, constructive, and bigger than myself. Imagine us all really showing up, and all of us wanting each other to really show up. That has power in it... explosive in a transformative way, for individuals and for all humanity.
Thank you for sparking transformative "explosions" :-)
This post I’ve had it opened all day and just kept coming back to it for the reminders. So much potency in this message. I felt the hug through the words and also the permission slip to show up. Thank you for sharing this piece with us. 📖
I’ve saved this to digest more during the week - wow so much good stuff. 🪄✨
🙏🏻🤍🤍
Me too <3
So many of these felt deeply resonate this Sunday morning. Especially #11 & #12 ♥️

Been hovering around so many of these thoughts lately. Thank you for validating them and sharing your work 💘
Man, #5, #7 and #13 hit me right in my heart.
I want these on little note cards all over my wall.
“Sometimes, desire is enough of a reason.” My whole belly just relaxed reading that one. 💕
Love those roadside friends. Also: really relate to “it’s not childish to…” Joy is for everyone, yes? 🌹
I felt like you wrote these reminders directly to me. Every one was spot on and exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much.
