As someone who is trying to sit in the fog of change (menopause, empty nest, a cross-country move, other big life changes), this is a great reminder to just let it blanket us for a while. Sometimes I try to grasp it and hold on but that doesn’t work out so well.

Let it blanket us, yes 💛 sending so much care in the midst.

Deep exhale as I embrace the fog. It feels vulnerable to be known and seen when I feel “unfinished.” And yet my soul knows this ever-changing landscape is the whole beautiful deal. Thank you. In pouring out your heart, I am able to get in touch with my own.

I needed this so deeply today, Lisa🩷thank you for putting your vulnerability out there to lead and comfort others. You are a healer when we need healers so urgently in this world.

Yes: allowing your full humanity is an utter rejection of the systems that try to contort us into forgetting.

Thank you for the encouragement to stay with the fog, of not knowing who I am, when I let myself break away from the usual...

Allowing myself to sit in wonder of you - with you, as the fog hugs us closer and closer. Dearest mystic of our times, grateful for this connection. ✨️💜
